In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of convenience store applications on iOS in Australia showcased varied trends across the top apps. Here's a look at how these apps fared in terms of downloads and active users, based on data from Sensor Tower.
My 7-Eleven demonstrated a consistent growth in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 8.6K in early April and reaching a peak of about 12.8K by late June. The app maintained a strong presence with weekly active users, starting around 488K and peaking at nearly 590K mid-June.
The OTR App - Coffee & Fuel Deals experienced a fluctuation in weekly downloads, beginning at 1.4K and peaking at over 3.2K in early June. Active users also showed an upward trend, growing from 20K in early April to almost 36.6K by the end of June.
For NightOwl Aus, weekly downloads remained relatively stable, hovering around the low hundreds, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter.
7-Eleven Norge saw modest download numbers, starting at 25 and reaching a high of 145 in early May. Active users showed a decline, beginning at 628 and dropping to around 417 by late June.
Lastly, ToSim had minimal download activity, with numbers fluctuating between 13 and 43 throughout the quarter.
